The Family version is great. My family loves it. My sister took it everywhere, into restaurants, over to friends' homes, etc. She loved taking opportunities to ask each family member questions. It was a great way to begin a conversation around the room. In fact, extended family had me send them a link so they can buy a set for themselves.
These cards are fantastic. We bought the family version and ended up playing it with a couple of friends. The questions were thought-provoking, sparked some really meaningful conversations, and more than once had us laughing so hard our cheeks were hurting. I loved that it wasn’t just a game. It helped us learn new things about each other and created genuine connection. It struck a perfect balance between deep, funny, heartfelt, and unexpected. Honestly one of the best times we have had with our kids last night. We only made it through 3 rounds of 4 cards. It was nice to get real and answer questions for our kids as well as hear their honest responses without judging or getting upset. We are looking forward to another evening with the cards soon. I have never connected with my family like I did playing Fam Edition. My mom barely played, she just kinda watched smiling, almost like she just liked hearing all of our voices. Loved this!
Been asking for a refund and recieve no reply. Not great customer service.
I never received my package, the tracking I was given does not actually track my package, and I have emailed the customer service 4 times with no response. To top it all off, I DID receive an email from their marketing asking me to leave a review. So, since they have not responded to any of my emails, here is my review, I have been unable to actually evaluate the product, but the customer service is TERRIBLE.
Hello, Unfortunately I never received my package. My order was returned to you by the post office because you didn't pay enough postage. I either need the product I paid for to be delivered or I need to be refunded the $82.30 I was charged. Please respond on how this will be taken care of. I have emailed several times with no response. I would assume if you are a small family-owned business, you would care about your customers and would want to fix this mistake.
