Simply request a refund within 30 days of placing your order—no questions asked. Jo, our Customer Happiness Manager, will take care of everything and get your money back to you.
How Refunds Work
We don't do returns — only refunds. Shipping items back costs more for everyone, so instead we'll simply give you your money back and ask that you pay it forward: donate the game to someone you think might love it.

Getting Your Refund
Once your refund is approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process it on their end.
