Refund policy
All sales are final, but of course, we will exchange your order if it comes in damaged. Just send us an email at team@howdeepwillyougo.com so we can help you out.
We will not accept exchanges after 30 days of your delivery date.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, but we will replace your item if yours comes in damaged.
